The ability to see things differently is something not everyone has.  Yes it can be learned, because anyone has the ability to be creative. But we are not seeking just anyone.
对事物的独特的眼光并不是每个人都能拥有。是的，它可以通过学习来培养，因为每个人都有创新的能力。但我们并不是毫无目的地寻找。

We seek the Design individuals who can see hidden qualities, and then create a visual design that communicates those qualities, in a clear, powerful, memorable but always relevant way.
我们在寻找这样的设计人才，他们能够觉察到隐藏的品质，并能通过视觉设计把这种品质清晰，强有力地表达出来，使人过目不忘又与本体紧紧相扣。

We are an internationally flavoured Advertising Agency here in Shenzhen and we are seeking the new generation of Designers, to create with us.  
我们是深圳一家具国际水准的广告公司，希望能够邀请新一代的设计人才与我们共同创作。

Some people say advertising is a frustrating business. But it provides a forum for Designers to express their thinking by solving business problems.  So the best Designers have the ability to think first, before creating.
有人说广告行业是受到许多限制的创意事业。但是它却偏偏为设计师们提供了一个通过为客户解决问题来表达自己思想的平台。因此，最好的设计师在创作之前，首先应该具有思考的能力。

It's a creative challenge, because every creative task is different, every client is different.   But if you understand the environment and the task at hand, your skills and talents will shine, and the rewards of achievement will follow.  
这是一项创意的挑战，因为每一项设计工作都是不同的，而且每一个客户的需要更是不同。但如果你能够事先深入理解情况及任务，那么你的能力和智慧就会闪出耀眼的光芒，并且取得令人骄人的成绩。

You will have a team to rely on to give you clear, accurate and detailed creative briefings.  Then it's up to you and your Design colleagues to seek out the solution. This can mean creating a brochure, a print or TV advertising campaign.  Or perhaps it's pure design, like a logo, an in-store display or signage.  
我们优秀的客户服务部将为你提供清晰，准确并且细致的创意说明。接下来，你就可以和你的设计部同事们寻求最佳的解决方案。这个可以是一本画册，一个印刷广告或者电视广告。亦或者只是一个单纯的设计方案，例如标志设计，店内形象道具或者招牌。

You will need the abilities to listen, to enquire, to sniff out the key selling points of any product or business.  To do that you will need to understand business problems and assess all the facts.
你需要具有聆听和询问的能力，挖掘出一切产品和服务的中心价值。为了做到这一点，你需要理解所存在的问题，并且正确推断出问题所在。

Apart from being ideas oriented, your skills need to include typography, pagination, visual identity and the relevant computer knowledge that comes with this territory.
除了创意，你同时还必须具有排版，分页，视觉识别和相关的电脑软件操作知识。
