Senior Recruiter 高级招聘专员

Location: Role based in China

Responsibilities:

As a Recruiter, you will partner with various managers to understand their staffing needs and develop a strategy to hire the most qualified candidates in a cost effective and timely manner. You will be responsible for developing and managing a network of recruiting resources. As a recruiter you will continually seek improvements and efficiencies in the full cycle of the recruiting process

Primary Responsibilities:

- The Recruiter assesses the hiring needs of the organization and works effectively to manage the full recruiting cycle and hire the most qualified candidates.

Work Activities:

- Develops staffing strategies with the hiring manager using the internet, job fairs, college programs, tradeshows, agencies, internal sourcers and employee referrals, cold calling and diversity shows.

- Screens prospective candidates and works with the hiring manager in candidate selection, interviewing, reference checking, extending the offer and closing the candidate.

- Works with HR, C&B & Learning Development team to develop and implement company-hiring programs that ensure EA is competitive in the marketplace.

- Works on special projects as needed.

- Manages the requisition and offer process. Ensure smooth sailing from req approval through to the candidate sign on the dotted line.

- Acts as a business partner consulting and advising managers in regards to hiring needs and trends in the market place.

- Works with other staffing team members (staffing managers, employment coordinators, sourcers and administrative assistants) to make sure the staffing process is effective and meets the needs of the company.

- Stays apprised of industry news concerning organizational changes, layoffs, and any other situation where talented individuals may find themselves seeking employment.

- Meets with hiring managers on a regular basis to analyze future hiring needs, effectiveness of staffing strategies and management of resources.

Requirements:

Teamwork: takes a teamwork-oriented approach in achieving objectives and solving problems.

Customer Satisfaction: is responsive to customers (hiring manager) requests and needs. Can assess hiring requirements and follow through on commitments. Conveys an appropriate sense of urgency.

Motivation: self-motivated, ambitious and desires to succeed.

Self-directed: takes accountability and can direct own learning activities and professional development.

Technical Skills: strong internet navigational skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator

Communication Skills: must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to understand and convey the basic technical aspects of a given requisition. Must be at ease speaking with candidates and mangers at all levels within the organization. Must be able to establish reasonable expectations with a given task.

Trust: ability to build trust consistently across the organization – in both a consultative way as well as in a general sense of ability to get things done

Management Skills: ability to manage resources and educate hiring managers on the staffing process.

Influence/Selling Skills: ability to gain trust, and influence behavior. Knows how to uncover candidate’s requirements and needs, and close the candidate. Knows how to position the company against competitors as the “Company of Choice”.

Problem Solving: strong problem solving skills. Able to conduct research to find answers to questions and solutions to problems. Is well organized and able to manage a variety of tasks.

Self-directed: ability to work with little or no supervision to meet established expectations.

Efficiency: Be able to drive massive recruiting needs in a tight schedule.
