工作职责：
1、能够及时发现产品及测试设备出现的问题，并及时检修（包括损坏的电子元件）；
2、执行预保养任务，确认设备运行在最好的状态；
3、及时有效地进行初始分析，并协助测试工程师在较短的周期内解决问题；
4、协助测试工程师改进测试方法，实现成品率上升；
5、分析TPORP（测试参数）确认所有相关的测试设备运行稳定良好。
工作要求：
1、电子/电气相关专业毕业，有1-2年测试维护、设备工作经验，应届毕业生即可；
2、熟练掌握电子和电气相关知识，能有效及时地解决设备出现的问题，熟悉各种测试设备及仪器；
