Job title: Team Assistant for Non-Production Material Purchasing （非物料采购）

Job description:
- Purchasing orders releasing and processing payments.
- Following and updating housing contracts and payments.
- Travel management (Inc. contacting with hotels).
- Other operational tasks such as booking air tickets, hotel room reservation, visa application, etc.

Requirements:
- At least 3.5 days a week, starting from the end of May (Fulltime in summer vacation).
- No major limits, students from SUFE are preferred.
- Detail-oriented; be motivated to undertake multi-tasks.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English (Written and oral).
- MS office (esp. Excel), experience with SAP system is a plus.
