PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Labs China is part of the SAP global development network, creating solutions for the global, regional and local markets. Labs China is fast growing and dynamic team of software developers and application consultants. Positioning itself as a Lab of Excellence, SLC is building a customer focused and scalable organization that will create a supportive environment for its developers to achieve the excellent quality product expected of SAP.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- Strong experience on webpage development including HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS
- Experience in web application development like JSF, JSP, Servlets would be a plus
- Experience in design and development tools including Flash, Flex and Photoshop would be a plus
- Knowledge of Web2.0 would be a plus
- Good coding style
- Good English speaking and writing

As one of the eight SAP global Research and Development Centers , it plays a key role in design and development, as well as leading products delivery for global, Asia Pacific and China markets. SAP Labs China provides end-to-end product development, specifically focusing on small and mid-size businesses, financial and human resource management and Netweaver development.
As a strategic R&D center, SAP Labs China has become one of the fastest growing subsidiaries of SAP. Within 2004 alone, employee growth rate doubled. By October 2005, SAP Labs China became the fifth SAP R&D center with over 450 employees. With the construction of the new campus located in Shanghai Pudong Software Park , SAP Labs China has further strengthened its commitment to the regional and local market, while maintaining a high-speed growth rate. It also plans to increase the employee staff to 1500 by 2008 and sustain its position as a world-class R&D center.
