Job Description 

1.      Job Purpose

 

-     As part of the Food Offer Marketing team, the Marketing Assistant role is

-          to coordinate and to smoother Marketing team every day work

-          as well as to be responsible of the marketing Chinese / English referential

2.      Major Role & Responsibilities

    1 Coordinates the organization of meetings, conference call and business trips: booking of hotels, planes tickets, meeting rooms reservation

    2 Ensures the daily relation with Marketing team in terms of data collection and dashboard follow-up

    3 Participate in all kinds of Marketing meetings, and is in charge of the minutes and translation from English to Chinese / Chinese to English.

This means that the Marketing Assistant could travel around China to attend those meetings occasionally.

    4 Helps in the translation of marketing documents

    5 Works effectively as a team member and actively contributes to the development of the Food offer marketing department.

    6 Ensures the respect, understanding and application of SODEXHO philosophy, core values and ethical principles.

 5.      Specific Skills

 

²        Translator / interpreter degree in English / Chinese – Putonghua

²        Good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
