Required:

1) Good enough in English to talk with.

2) C++ (knowledge of the QT), multi platform experience. Strong mathematical

knowledge. Low level programming, strong theoretical backgrounds in encryption and

compression, and transmission of data over IP-networks.

3) The VERY senior Architects/Researchers (three required) that can write & define the

roadmap & architecture for the coming year; and the experienced developers (at least three)

who can deal with any problem client runs in to.

4) Research disk caches, low level drivers, Volume Shadow Copy Service, Low Level

Exchange, Oracle interfacing, but also Sybase, DB2 etc. Notes, replication enterprise

features, home user GUI.

5) Support for RISC processors, like Mac PowerPC or HP-UX, Sun SPARC.

6) Plus, most important free thinkers. People that can think outside the box

invent something new, set new boundaries. And quick adopters.
