SIS Specialist reporting to SIS Site Head, based in BJ

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Responsible for operating the R&D Beijing IS environment, including

- Infrastructure servers (Active Directory Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, exchange, file, print etc.,)
- Local area network
- Backup system
- PC and peripheral devices
- IP Phone system

2. In close contact with Beijing R&D users, ensures first level incident management, tracking incidents using the SIS incident management tool HP SD.

3. Understands user needs and organize trainings on basic tools utilization.
4. Receives and manages user requests.
5. Works in close relationship with SIS team in Japan and when required with SIS teams located in Europe and North America.
6. Collaborates with local Pharmaceutical Operations IS for shared operations.
7. Ensures that the local environment complies with SIS standards and audit requirements.
8. Administrates Windows accounts, email and file system.
9. Provisions PC, phones and peripheral devices. Ensures asset management.
10. Ensures patch installations.
11. Deploys business applications as defined by international project teams.



JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor degree in computer sciences or equivalent
Experience & knowledge:
At least 3 years working experience and 1 year in similar position
Core competencies:

· Customer Service oriented.
· Microsoft knowledge (Microsoft Professional System Engineer certification is appreciated):
- Desktop environment: Windows XP, Office and Outlook
- Windows server 2003
- Network services: file sharing, print server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Exchange 2003
- SMS
· Network management skill. CCNA is preferred
· Cisco IPT Knowledge
· Good communication in both English and Mandarin
· IT project skill is a plus
