Requirement:

1、Junior college and above.       

2、Working experience in purchasing field, preferably in international company is a plus          

3、Good communication and negotiation skills       

4、Ability to communicate in English both spoken and in written    

5、Excellent knowledge in relevant software (MS Office, SAP)   

6、Willing to learn and self motivated person  

 

Duties

1、Qualify new local suppliers for MRO parts       

2、Maintain the material master data and supplier info record in SAP, release the order in SAP according to the PR.      

3、Make sure the material delivery can match the production schedule.  

4、Negotiations of price drops based on volume and GPA.    

5、Coordination and realization of order-processing to supplier        

6、Filing and archiving of all relevant documents.
