Job Duties:
To assist Relationship Manager in transaction execution and to deal with high net-worth clients;
To handle client’s account opening documentation and transaction orders with timely follow-up;
To maintain HSBC control and audit standards;
To promote service and products of the Bank and deliver efficient and effective service to all private banking clients;
To work as a liaison between the Operations and Marketing teams;
To assist in projects and other private banking duties upon request.
Job Requirements:
Relevant university degree;
Experience in serving high net-worth clients prefered;
Good knowledge in banking/financial products;
Hands-on experience in settlement of investment transactions;
Excellent client servicing and communication skills;
Good written and spoken English and Mandarin skills;
A good team player.
