Palm高级软件工程师

主要责任：

负责公司在Palm平台上的软件开发。

必要任职条件：

1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机/电子/通信等相关专业；

3、三年以上的Palm软件开发经验或三年以上C++开发经验；

主要责任：

主要责任：  

1、设计，实现和维护移动软件，辅导高级软件工程师设计和开发产品；

3、详细制定应用程序接口( API )和各种不同模块的定义，其中包括用户界面( UI )、流程和商业逻辑，及其它具体到平台的各种设置；

研发部门经理  

主要责任：

1、管理一支10-20人左右的手机软件或服务器端软件的高级研发队伍；

2、负责与SEVEN其他国家和地区的工作人员沟通、交流；

3、负责部门内多个产品任务，管理整个软件程序的开发制作过程，包括：概念设计、研发执行、制作演示、检察审核等等软件研发中的每一个环节控制。同时，负责在研发过程中，工程师与程序员的任务分配， 根据美国总部的要求及时调整产品性能，审核程序代码，解除制作过程和测试版中的BUG；

4、能够制定具体项目内容，并跟踪记录每个项目的进展状况；

5、能与其他职能部门如：J2ME、Brew、测试组等进行良好地合作，并最终高质量地完成项目；

6、就研发产品的最终交付与运行，与SEVEN 总部各部门、各合作伙伴、手机设备制造商、零售商沟通与协调，并及时反馈各方面信息；

7、负责团队建设和发展。

必要任职条件：

1、5年软件项目、团队管理经验，5年软件研发经验。计算机或工学学士，硕士优先考虑；

2、具备极强的技术研发能力，项目进程控制力，程序编译能力，必须具备无线通讯技术开发经验；

3、有极强的项目管理能力和丰富经验；

4、具备同时协调、管理多个复杂项目的进程的能力；

5、能够根据客户需求研发出令客户满意的产品；

高级服务器软件测试工程师  

主要责任：

1、负责测试服务器及网络的安装，调试；

2、负责对软件服务器端的测试，对软件的整个生命周期负责；

3、对软件测试计划的制定，修改，实施；

4、与项目管理人员和公司领导沟通，保证提供的是高品质的产品。

必要任职条件：

1、 计算机相关专业，3年以上工作经验，本科以上学历；

2、 熟悉计算机网络，对计算机网络的架构有深入的了解；

3、 熟悉Linux, Solaris操作系统的基本命令；

4、 熟悉Linux, Solaris, Exchange, Lotus Domino等操作系统的日常维护和应用；

2、英语口语流利，阅读和书写无障碍；

必要任职条件：

2、大学英语四级以上，具有一定的英文读写能力；

3、三年以上的软件测试经验，能够独立完成测试；

Desktop Support     

Responsibilities:

Assist staff with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software.

Assist in maintenance of internal/external network and VPN connection to headquarter.

Working with USA workmates to maintain company domain and network environment.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in a computer service/support environment.

Customer Service Engineer  

The key responsibilities are

- Ensuring customer satisfaction with timely, courteous and high quality technical support

- Documenting all customer interactions and developing and maintaining information for the support knowledge base

- Providing remote assistance in installation and troubleshooting of Seven’s products

- Working together with Seven’s software engineers to provide solutions to software defects or escalated support requests

- Providing technical training to Seven’s customers and partners

We expect the applicant to have

- Experience in IT-customer service/on site support or other relevant e.g. IT-admin experience. We would prefer you to have at least three years of relevant work experience.

- Preferably experience of e-mail servers, Data and Windows networks and Unix-systems

- Suitable degree in Computer science or related fields

- Strong analytic problem solving skills

Technical Account Manager (Sales Engineer)   

Responsibilities:

1. Support Seven sales teams to sell Seven’s mobile email solution to mobile operators, partners and enterprises

2. Technical support for trials and product demo’s for Seven product.

3. Provide product training for Seven products

4. Work closely with Seven worldwide products and services team and Seven’s China customers and partners to ensure that Seven solutions meet the customer expectations

6. Support Seven’s operator’s and partners to sell and deliver Seven’s services to end customers

7. Based out of Shanghai or Hangzhou, travel will be required within China to customer sites. There will also be opportunities for international travels.

Required Qualifications:

1. Ideal candidate will be technical and sales savvy

2. Technical degree and at least five years of successful experience working with corporate customers

3. Good verbal and written communication skills in English

4. Project management skills

5. Analytic problem solving skills
