Bleum Training Administrator:

You will play a key role in providing support to the training team. This is an exciting administration role that will see you as a key component in helping the organization achieve its strategic aims. Reporting to the Learning Director, the Training Administrator will be responsible for providing an efficient, effective and confidential administration service to the Training Team.

You will be responsible for:

1.Maintaining training activity
2.Process trainee bookings using company’s database
3.Monitor and process attendance, training courses, and training records
4.Ensure accurate and timely distribution of course information to delegates
5.Creating and maintain filing systems
6.Working closely with HR and Trainers in managing the monthly Orientation schedule
7.Continually seek and identify ways of improving effectiveness and efficiency of administration systems
8.Helping deliver a robust report model to support all stakeholders
9.Assist the Training Manager in setting up meetings with training vendors
10.Providing the training team support in logistics, such as, photocopying/printing course materials, training room inventory and supplies
11.Supporting the Training team to deliver the day to day training services
12.Managing electronic library system
13.Organizing monthly training department meetings

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above
2.Previous administrative experience
3.Computer literate
4.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
5.Great customer service skills
6.Excellent interpersonal skills
7.Outstanding organizational skills
8.Good oral and written English.
