（Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering）

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive; review all OPS for documentation requirement.
- Source and prepare documentations drawings, inspection & test reports, certificates, spare part list, bulletins, instruction manual etc from suppliers.
- Prepare drawings/RSPPL for approval and final submission to representatives/customers.
- Maintain records of task completion and monitor the documentation progress.
- Communicate with factories for additional information on documentation.
- Provide a focal point for representatives/customers to request documentation.
- Prepare documentation for customer’s inspection at factory.
- Compilation and dispatch of the documents required by representatives/customers.
- Verify and resolve documentation discrepancy.
- Perform any other assignments, which may be assigned by the Manager, Workshop & Inventory.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- BA/Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering related.
- Proficient in English speaking and writing.
