Job Title: PRC Customer Service Representative – Order Management

As a key representative of our company, you can help bring a whole new world of possibility to market.

 

Main responsibilities:

1. Process customer orders

2. Co-ordinate with manufacture and logistics to ensure product availability and timely shipment of products

3. Track orders status and co-ordinate corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery of goods

4. Provide delivery details and ensure proper importation documentation sent to customers

5. Work with sales, credit and maintain customer file with up-to-date information

6. Proactive in understanding customer needs and in preventing problems form arising

7. Provide regular feedback on customer needs and orders to sales team

8. Co-ordinate customer complaints with relevant functions within organization

9. Complies with all company’s rules and regulations and corporate guidelines on safety and business ethics

 

Requirement:

1. A recognized College Degree 大学学历

2. Good understanding of international sales order process合同订单处理 (国际进口业务)

3. Minimum 2 years sales order/contract management or relevant experiences销售合同管理

4. Good computer skills, Oracle experience preferred Oracle 系统经验

5. Detail/customer oriented and good time management客户优先, 良好的时间管理

6. Fluent English is must 英语良好

7. Nationality of India, Singapore, Taiwan and Korea are preferred 印度, 新加坡, 中国台湾及韩国人优先
