Key Tasks

？ Manages with Marketing Team and Staffing Team the Uniform process:
- Collect size information
- Assist Uniform distribution

？Manage Accreditation data base for Staffing Team:
- Collect data for all staff (volunteers, students, employees…)

？Assist Staffing Director with accommodation process:
- Hotel rooms
- Apartments

？Assist HR Assistant with visa process for all staff

？Manage with admin team Arrival & Departure process

？Manage staffing tickets in Support Work:
- Create account for new hire and new staffs
- Update contact list in FISH
- Update shifts in FISH
- Define shifts with Staffing Team
- Organize meals tickets for all staffs

All these tasks should be focused on:
？Providing the best service to the Staffing and Operations Team.
？Reporting weekly to the Staffing Director.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
？ Ability to communicate with those on all levels of an organization, diplomacy and tact.
？Fluent in English, good verbal communication skills
？Fluent in local Language
？Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment
？Ability to work well under pressure, ability to work in a team environment
？Ability to quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions
？Sense of service
？Good organizational skills
