Job Title: Consultant – Japanese and SOX

Description:
As a critical member of the J-Sox project team, act as the key member to communicate with the client and the global J-Sox PMO office.  Acquire directions/suggestions from the global PMO, analyze the business process in China and adapt the global requirement to local uses.  Regularly report the progress and issues to client’s project owner.  

Job Responsibilities:
Host meetings with client’s project owner to discuss project progresses and issues. 
Host con-calls with global PMO offices in Japan to discuss issues and request guidance/suggestions from the global PMO office. 
Implement the required financial policy/process changes together with the relevant client personnel.  Monitor implementation progress and spot issues whenever necessary. 
Develop good understanding of the J-Sox requirement and provide guidance to client whenever needed. 
Write weekly/monthly project status reports in Japanese and submit to client project owners in time. 
Job Requirements:
Fluent written/verbal Japanese.  Be able to communicate with Japanese in Shanghai and Japan (over the phone) freely on business-related topics.  
Good written and verbal English language skills and excellent communication skills; 
Familiar with Japanese culture, curtsey and working environment 
One to two years of hands on working experience, preferably in finance/sales and purchasing.  
Familiar with using Microsoft Office tools to create documents. 
Excellent knowledge of consulting project essentials and familiar with a general project cycle and requirements. 
Excellent team player with strong willingness to learn new knowledge. 
Very good understanding of accounting or SOX audit requirements is a plus.
