（１）Staff in Admin & Operation Departments







Responsibilities (for Admin):

-Be responsible for the payment of the general expenses

-Be responsible for the booking of the general expenses

-Responsible for the filing of the general expenses

-Other Admin tasks assigned by the bank







Responsibilities (for Operations)







- Foreign operations,







- Daily report for balance of payment

- Related monthly report required by SAFE and PBOC

- Make sure that funds are available at due date

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree with a mayor in finance or accounting

-At least one year related working experience is a must

-Good command of both spoken & written English

-Strong inter-personal skill

-Team work spirit

行政人员要注意的是相关工作经验很重要，虽然不硬性要求金融行业的，但希望是FIE或MNC；







还有这两个职位是和上海外服签约的；















（２）Summer Intern (in other departments







- Undergraduate major in finance, English, French & IT,

- Good command of English, with French preferred,

- Highly responsible personality, with good team-working spirits;

- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially excel & PPT, and skillful ACCESS would be a plus;

- Sufficient availability is a must.







额……　实习生的英文ＪＤ是我写的，原文是中文；







但人事那边希望去实习的人至少英文要好，会法语就更完美了；







所以让贴的时候换成英语和法语……　







这个，但是……　不介意的话，法语我就直接pass了……
