Job Description:

- Develop business proposal, business plan, and various market study reports for requirements from different growth projects at different innovation stage.
- Conduct marketing intelligence to support opportunity scouting of innovation core team
- Help on market study projects or initiatives by coordinating with China Corporate Business Development team and SBG marketing teams
- Support the preparation of presentations for HTSC executive review, Growth Fund committee review and other innovation related things.

Qualifications:

- MBA student, Electronic Engineering background is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of business analysis, consulting, industrial marketing or relevant work-experience
- Demonstrated strong strategic thinking and analytical capability.
- Good understanding of the industrial sales and marketing.
- Ability to understand business environments with conceptual understanding of processes, functions and industry practices.
- Excellent presentation skill, be comfortable to communicate with top management team.
- Mature, passionate, proactive, very committed
- Ability to work in a team environment, be creative and take initiative with minimum supervision.
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Excellent knowledge in MS PowerPoint.
