Recuitment  Assistant

Intouch consult is a fast growing IT recruitment service provider, we don’t know much about Medical, Government or Energy sector, but we really know the IT. Focus makes us professional. We successfully delivered for IC, telecom and financial software companies, some of our clients are TOP 500 international company.

Development: We will provide new challenges and responsibilities according to your performance. You will get promotion within 6 months to Senior Researcher or Associate Consultant.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze Job Description, Track news / events about our clients’ industry %26amp; competitors, mostly focusing on merger %26amp; acquisition, hiring, change in leadership, new product release etc.

* Make cold call and communicate mostly through the telephone.

* Communicate with candidates and keep good relationship.

* Attend interviews with his/her consultant if necessary.

* Ensuring CVs are up-to-date with information and coded in the particular folder

* Arrange interviews regarding to all interview details.

* Support the consultant to conduct the market search as to different functions.
* Get involved in some other relevant responsibilities.

Requirements:

* Good English including oral and written.

* Good interpersonal communication skill and easy to cooperate,
* Team working.

* Target oriental.

* Can take pressure.

* Be responsible.

* Smart, diligent and willing to learn;
* Familiar with office software.
