Background

The R&D Center was established in Apr. 2004 with the location in Chengdu Hi
gh-Tech

Incubation Park. The scope of the R&D Center is to develop products within t
he Radio

Network area in cellular systems. Applicable standards include GSM, WCDMA an
d TD-SCDMA.

Position

System Design Engineer

Responsibility

· To carry out effectively and efficiently all the activities which corresp
onds to the position.

· Comply with and follow the directive, instructions and procedures in forc
e in the company and the R&D Center.

· Responsible for the system design parts in the assigned development proje
ct.

Main tasks

System design within the R&D Center consists of the following main tasks

· Define requirements and functionality on Radio Base Station products
in the development projects

· Work as technical coordinator and technical leader within the develo
pment projects

· Perform studies and investigations relating to the R&D activities

Qualifications

· Professional spoken and written English is highly required

· Master or PHD degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent

· Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems

· Knowledge of system design activities within wireless communication.

· The experience of technical work within wireless communication systems.

· Good adaptability, positive personality, excellent communication skills a
nd team work ability
