职位描述
1、在学院院长的领导下，负责全院教学管理工作。组织贯彻执行上级有关教学方面的方针、政策、规定和任务。

2、组织制定各专业教学计划、教学大纲。

3、布置教学任务、审定开课教师名单。督促检查各教学环节的落实和教师工作规范执行情况，确保教学任务的完成。

4、组织研究、改进教学工作，督促检查课程建设及教学研究工作。主持全院教学改革或教学方法的研究。

5、主持确定全院师资建设和培训计划，提教师考核工作的意见，对教师使用、晋级、奖惩等工作提出具体意见。

6、组织、督促、检查教材使用、编写工作，组织审核本学院编写的教材，保证编写质量和水平，并组织使用优秀教材。

7、组织制订实验、实习规划及教学大纲，主持审定实习内容和教学实验有关文件，检查实践教学措施及效果。

8、负责其它教学管理工作。

项目背景
为进一步加大中国社会经济发展急需的大量国际化的双语复合型高级外贸人才的培养力度，北京外国语大学诺加?湖北培训基地率先在武汉成立了“北京外国语大学全国行业英语水平认证项目培训基地”和“加拿大国家职业教育办公室注册培训基地”，正式启动“国家紧缺外贸专才强化培养工程”（ 简称“外贸专才”），开展“外贸专才”的普及推广工作，北京外国语大学诺加?新动态国际教育作为“外贸专才” 项目及其《中英双语国际工作能力证书》和相关国家认证项目的全国示范性培养基地，每年将为沿海外资外贸企业培养输送1000名高级复合型外贸人才。
