Department: Corporate Treasury
Corporate Treasury is a department within Finance that works closely with the firms senior management on a broad range of financial and strategic issues. The team is primarily responsible for analyzing and optimizing the firms capital base, developing funding strategies and solutions, and planning and managing liquidity. Corporate Treasury also develops and maintains relationships with creditors and rating agencies.
Principal Duties
- Monitor and project funding requirements.
- Maintain active dialogue with creditors to source funding for the entities’ various businesses
- Manage the entities’ excess liquidity to ensure efficiency and flexibility.
- Work with business units to develop and implement creative funding solutions
- Work with business units and other Federation teams on transactions/issues that affect balance sheet, funding, liquidity and capital
Experience/Skills
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a relevant field preferable (Treasury, Controllers, IBD)
- Ability to work independently, and achieve timely and quality results – self starter with good commercial perspective
- Strong communication, inter-personal and teamwork skills
- Strong financial analytical ability
- Ability to work on multiple tasks with high attention to detail
- Chinese and English language fluency required (spoken and written)
