Responsibility:
1.Phone call handling, screening and transferring professionally;
2.Message recording;
3.Newspaper, fax sending and receiving;
4.Greeting visiting guests in a polite and professional manner;
5.Receives visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel;
6.Office Supply (Stationery, Others);
7.Other administration and tasks.
Qualification:
1.College degree or above, majoring in English;
2.Proficiency in English, both in spoken and written;
3.Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills;
4.Good computer skills in MS Windows and Office;
5.Good literature;
6.Integrity, service oriented, self-motivated, honest, hospitable and friendly, patient and efficient, detailed oriented;
8.High sense of responsibility, quick responsive & cooperative, proactive and good manner of receptionist.
