Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in identifying & solving problems, issues and disputes occurred in the area of Employee Relations.
-Assist to maintain all available communication means to consistently enhance their effectiveness by analyzing the feedbacks, e.g. organizing quarterly communication meetings and making proper evaluations based on meeting feedback.
-Provide E-HR routine or regular maintenance in the area of Employee Relations.
