Responsibility:
Responsible for AVS decoder/encoder optimization on ARM processor. Explore MMX instructions to enable high performance.
Qualification：
1) Ph.D. or master candidate who can work full-time (5 full days a week) for at least 4 consecutive months at Beijing China
2) Good knowledge in video codec and ARM processor
3) Strong C coding proficiency, experiences with MMX programming
4) Have proven experience and knowledge on AVS standard
