Job responsibilities
? Training session and material will be provided to appointee with less experience
? Go above and beyond to solve any and all customer issues. Customer service focus is a must
? Ensure that all tickets are handled within appropriate timeframes
? Provide additional services such as system upgrade or technical consultancy if needed
Job requirements
? Degree in computer science or equivalent
? Advanced knowledge of Windows 2000 or 2003
? At least 2 year’s working knowledge of complex web hosting configuration components, including firewalls, load balancers, web and database servers/we aslo consider 2009 graduate of good sdudents
? Well versed in: IIS, Active Directory, MS SQL and MySQL
? Skilled in web programming including ASP, and PHP
? Excellent read and written communication skills
? Demonstrated analytical/problem solving ability
? Time management and organizational skills
? Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly

工作职责：
1、 在上岗前，我们会为经验少的录用者提供相关的资料和培训
2、 对于所有客户提出的问题进行查看并予以解决。要知道，客户是最重要的。
3、 确保所有的tickets在合理的时间规定内被处理
4、 如果有需要，我们需提供系统更新和技术顾问等服务。
岗位要求：
1、 计算机科学与技术或相关专业毕业
2、 具备Window 2000和2003的高级知识
3、 至少具备两年以上关于复杂网站寄存架构的知识，包括firewall，load balancers，web 和 database servers。另外,我们同样考虑2009年毕业的优秀毕业生
4、 精通IIS, Active Directory, MS SQL 和 MySQL
5、 精通网站程序设计部分，包括ASP, 和 PHP
6、 优秀的英语读写和沟通能力
7、 有分析和解决问题的能力
8、 能够合理安排时间和具备组织技能
9、 有很快学习新知识的强烈愿望和能力
