White Peak Real Estate Investment

White Peak is a European real estate private equity firm headquartered in Beijing. The firm has a total investment portfolio of about CNY 2 Bn and invests in real estate projects across China. The size and type of White Peak’s investment vary depending on the opportunity and market conditions, but the firm generally seeks real estate projects with a strong retail component.

Position: Associate
Location: Beijing

Requirements:
1， Bachelor or above degree, key university preferred;
2， Majoring in economics, business and law preferred;
3， Strong logical analytical and learning skills;
4， Able to work under pressure
5， Good command of English, CET-6 is required;
6， Strong sense of responsibility, team-spirit integrity.
7， Familiarity with office software
8， Real estate experience or private equity firm is desirable

Work and Responsibilities
1，Evaluate opportunities for real estate investment
2，Design and analyze investment model
3，Compose research reports
4，Assist in business negotiation
