Major Responsibilities:
-Provide general admin services.
-Coordinate company cars/transportation.
-Assist in procurement affairs of small Items.
-Associate administration service in accordance to BTSS general admin guidelines.
-Arrange business journeys. Initialize reimbursement-approval and payback.
-Manage stationary stock.
-Provide interpretation/translation services -if necessary.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree major in English, business administration or other similar subjects.
-Experience in multi-international company/famous state-owned enterprise as an internship or other positions of a kind.
-Good command of English and Mandarin both in oral and written,
-Organizing ability,
-PC knowledge (MS office, lotus notes),
-Good communication skills,
-Teamwork spirits,
-High sense of responsibility,
-Excellence on confidentiality,
