Assistant Risk Analyst position (Intern) could be a key entry point for future analytics and/or business leaders within GE Money.  At this position, you will have the opportunity to, in addition to enhancing business acumen and skills, learn about and utilize the fundamentals of risk management analytics through participation in various assignments. Your successful performance in this position could lead to career opportunities within GE Money.

Requirement: 
• Bachelor degree holders and current master degree candidates who can work 4-5 days a week
• Candidates should hold degrees in disciplines with strong quantitative background, e.g. Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Natural Sciences, Economics, Management Science, and Engineering.
• Good communication skills including fluent English and ability to organizing thoughts and articulate them.
• Strong analytical aptitudes including broad skills in data manipulation, in-depth statistics knowledge in the area such as multivariate and discriminate analysis, CHAID, multiple and logistic regression, factor analysis and clustering, etc.
• Motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, professional and willing to work hard.

Responsibilities:
• Provide analytics supports to GE Money, including but not limited to:
• Participate in developing new modeling methodology and performing regular diagnostics to assess model performance.
• Participate in developing scorecards/statistical models, strategies to facilitate businesses.
• Use statistical tools to identify drivers of growth, losses, profitability of consumer portfolios (e.g. credit card, mortgage, auto loan), and to highlight business issues and opportunities.
