Position: Assistant of Materials Manager
Job Description:
1 Closely work with Contract Manufacturer (CM), Supply Base Management (SBM) and the supply base to proactively manage the COS.
2 Highlight any technical or process issue to the engineering community for resolution.
3 Coordinate with Brocade SBM/SBE and NPI teams to ensure availability of NPI samples.
4 Manage and control End-of-Life (EOL) material exposure at supply base.
Requirement:
1. University degree in business administration or engineering major;
2. Familiar with OEM/CM business model;
3. Excellent English skills (listening, reading, writing & speaking);
4. Excellent interpersonal skills;
5. Candidate must be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
6. Hands-on and result-oriented.
Position: Assistant New Product Introduction Engineer
Job Description:
1. This position has broad responsibilities that include releasing and maintaining volume deployed electrical and mechanical factory test equipment.
2. This position serves as a key focal point between Brocade Advanced Manufacturing, Asia Ops, test equipment suppliers and the contract manufacturer.
Requirement:
1. University degree in BSEE or MSEE, BSME or MSME;
2. Relevant hands-on test and equipment experience with an exceptionally strong electrical or electrical/mechanical background;
3. Proven hands-on technical problem solving skills;
4. Proven project management/organizing skills;
5. Excellent English and Mandarin speaking, writing, and communications skills;
6. Demonstrated good team player and leadership skills.
Manufacturing Data System Developer
Job specifications:
1. Review daily error reports and follow-up for corrective action;
2. Conduct scheduled data accuracy audits;
3. Publish scheduled updates for audits and data errors;
4. Ensure data accuracy errors are closed and publish time to closure;
5. Review weekly push reports and work with IT to resolve non-conforming issues;
6. Own and maintain product mapping;
7. Maintain Error codes;
8. Work directly with Brocade IT to resolve issues that relate to Errors/Product mapping/inconsistencies in weekly reports.
Qualifications:
1. University degree in electronics and be able to read a schematic
2. Electronic PCBA re-work experience, skilled in reworking/soldering.
3. Be able to setup and operate standard bench test equipment like oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.
4. Prior experience in hardware failure analysis.
5. Digital Experience: familiarity with data communication equipment, including high-speed serial, PCI, Memory, Microprocessor.
6. Power and analog experience: familiarity with DC-DC converters, discrete switching regulators, linear regulators, and their application in data communication equipment.
7. Good English language skills and excellent problem solving skills.
