Your key accountabilities:
-Working with the HR manager to define the strategy of recruitment
-Implement the recruitment planning, such as publish the advertisement on the website
-Select the suitable resume, making the interview call and arrange the interview
-Dealing with the staff employed affairs, such as employee’s social security, accumulation fund, etc.
-Participate in daily office management, such as giving the professional reception to the visitors, manage the comfortable working environment, control the administrative costs effectively, etc.
-Participate in modifying the training materials and preparing the training property.
To be a successful HR & Admin. Specialist at Visionary Consulting, you MUST fulfill the following qualifications:
-College education or above
-Good command of reading and written English
-Good computer skills, especially the power point skill
-Have potential interview and assessment skills
-Strong working responsibility
-Eager to help others
-Working carefully and patient
-Be composure and calm when facing difficulties and challenges
