职位描述：
1、协助人事经理进行新员工招聘工作。
2、负责员工面试、录用及员工福利的办理。
3、负责员工档案的管理。
4、协助人事经理处理日常的行政事务。
5、负责各部门间之中的沟通，以便更好的贯彻和落实工作。
6、负责完成对外联络、会议纪录等。
具体要求：
1、18-25周岁，大专学历以上（应届毕业生亦可），性格开朗，具有良好的待人接物能力，团队合作精神。具有人事，管理经验者优先。
2、有很好的沟通能力和亲合力；
3、具有很强的责任心和独立开展工作的能力；
4、善于学习新事务；
5、具备良好的电脑操作能力。
