Title
Help Desk Customer Service Analyst

Responsibility

1. To provide first line support for all users regarding queries and issues on procurement, and action simple requests
2. To provide purchase order administrative support and support to enable users to complete purchase transactions
3. To provide guidance and support to users on correct buying channels, and ensure procurement policies and procedures are adhered to
4. To follow up on late deliveries at the request of a user
5. To provide support to suppliers on EBP/ buying portal connectivity issues and direct issues as appropriate
6. Handle all incoming helpdesk calls and electronic requests
7. Procurement transaction support
8. Monitor and survey users
9. Commercial & Financial Responsibilities

To manage P2P related supplier enquiries
JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Cantonese is preferred and more than 1 year work experience required.
2. Sufficient English
3. General business experience 
4. Ability to work well under pressure, and deal with difficult users & vendors 
5. Communication skills, both verbal & written 
6. Problem solving skills
7. Flexible and proactive
8. Enthusiastic and self-motivated
9. Experience within a procurement environment 
10. Interpersonal skills
11. Good Office tool skills;
12. Hard working attitude.


Working Conditions (e.g.)

1. No travel required
2. Overtime and On-Call required
3. Teams are located in Dalian.



Working hours: Monday to Friday; 8:30am-17:30am
