Production Operator

Objectives: 1. To succeed the implementation of transformers manufacture with Customers’ satisfaction without test failure and inside budget. 确保完成制造用户满意的无缺陷且控制在成本预算范围内的变压器。 2. To accomplish the manufacture of transformers on schedule in conformity with the quality requested and control the working hours to ensure the delivery time. 确保按生产计划及质量要求完成变压器的生产制造，并控制工时以确保交货期。 3. To operate and maintain the related machines, equipments correctly. 正确使用操作及维护保养相关机器设备。 Why do we have the position? Job Contents: 1. To manufacture all kinds of transformers according to the AST documents to meet the needs of customers. 根据相关文件生产制造各类变压器，满足用户要求。 2. To manufacture on time with no test failure, minimize waste and defective products, as well as costs. 确保生产制造能及时、无故障地完成，消灭废次品，控制成本。 3. To be trained continuously according to companys requirements to improve the flexibility. 根据公司发展需求不断接受培训，提高自身的灵活性，以便拥有各种技能。 4. To operate and maintain the machines and equipments correctly related to the position. 合理正确操作本岗位机器设备，维护保养。 5. To abide by the national regulation and policy related to environment, health and safety self-consciously. 自觉遵守国家与环境,健康及安全有关的法规政策。 6. All other reasonable duties requested by the immediate manager, Employee Handbook and JV Company Management. 完成直接主管领导、合资公司管理层安排的其他合理工作或是员工手册规定的其他合理职责。 Roles and responsibilities of the position Requirements: 1. Special School graduate or above 职校以上学历 2. With related working experiences is preferred, such as winding, tanking, pre-assembly, core, etc. 有相关工作经验者优先考虑,如绕线、总装、预装、铁芯等。 3. The related certificate is necessary for the special type of work 特殊工种必须持有上岗证 4. Good team work spirit 良好的团队协作精神
