Main Responsibilities:
* To help provide general support to the team
* To receive and transfer incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
* To act as receptionist and direct visiting customers enquiries to the appropriate staff for further handling.
* To reserve air-tickets in bank assigned agent for bank staffs
* To arrange reservation of meeting room for customers and staff.
* To sort out and acknowledge the incoming express mail, parcels and registered letters.
Requirements:
* College degree
* 1-2 years working experience
* Operation of telephone system console
* Good communication skills
* Team work
* Good spoken English and typing CET-4
