I&V Intern
Position: System Integration and Verification Engineer (Intern)
Location: Beijing
Time: 4 days per week, start around end of July, at least 4 months.
Employment status: Intern
Responsibilities & Main Tasks:
· Integrate hardware and software of different nodes to implement mobile radio network, core network and IP Network
· Design and perform integration tests, debug node and system issues, verify compliance of interfaces and features
· Work in cross-functional team environment with Systems Engineering and System Development, and participate in design, implementation and test reviews
· Drive quick solution of the problems by cooperation with H/W, S/W engineers and system design

Required Skills:
· Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required, students in Grade 2 are preferred
· Solid knowledge in Communications, Signaling Processing and Information Theory
· Knowledge of radio network architecture
· Knowledge of system technology and protocols in one or more of the following areas is required: GSM/GPRS, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
· Knowledge of Perl/TCL and scripting skills is preferred
· Knowledge of basic UNIX operation is required
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required
· Strong teamwork skills
· Be keen to learn and contribute
· Be quality and efficiency minded; be flexible and result oriented
