Position Logistics planner

Position Description
·Documents preparation such as PR, PO, SO.
·Invoice issuing, matching and record.
·Material control / Help planner to monitor material status.
·Regularly download data from customer system.
Profile
·Academic / Professional Qualification: Diploma / Degree in
logistics/supply chain management/International Trade.
·Working Experience: N/A.
Expertise / Skills : Good command of spoken and written English.
MFG-PRO system knowledge is an advantage.

Position： DCC Temp（技术文件管理员）
Location: Shenzhen
Position Description
·Manage, control and maintain technical product documentation
(BOM, drawing, specification sheet and etc ) in the TPD system.
· Provide clerical services to development engineer on daily
activities – BOM uploading, engineering change, issue drawing.
·Interface with system administrator to optimized company’s data
centralization.
Profile
·Academic / Professional Qualification: Diploma or Degree in
Business Administration or Engineering.
Working Experience: N/A.
·Expertise / Skills : capable of working with MFG-Pro, Microsoft
SW and computer in general. Knowledge on engineering change way of
working. Understand of basic technical drawing and bill of material.
·Personal Attributes: A team minded person capable of working
independently, taking his or hers own responsibility on the job and
keeping a positive attitude under all circumstances.Strong
communicational skills.Mature, systematic,. pro-active and team
player.
