Key responsibilities:
主要职责：
a) Conduct polymer synthesis, polymer compounding, material analysis; perform compounding and testing activities on samples and other material related experiments under the guidance from supervisor.
有独立的工作能力，尤其在聚合物化学、有机合成、化合物分析方面有实际操作的能力，可以在指导下独立完成材料相关的实验的测试、检查等实验操作
b) Deliver accurate experimental results in a timely and effective way, with high quality
可以在指导下，及时准确的给出实验结果
c) Participate in equipment as well as daily maintenance, to help maintain testing processing and equipment in good working order.
根据实验操作程序，按要求维护和使用设备并保证设备可以随时使用
d) Comply with company procedures, safe working practices and guidelines, well housekeeping habit, keep 5S level as required
遵照执行公司的相关流程，安全工作的指导文件，保持工作环境清洁有序
Qualifications: 资质
1. Bachelor degree (or pre-graduate) in polymer science, organic chemistry, fine chemistry, physical chemistry and material analysis or related field
o 大学本科（或临毕业的大学三年级学生）聚合物化学、有机化工/精细化学/化学材料分析等专业毕业
2. Substantial background knowledge in the areas of polymer chemistry, physics and process technology.
o 比较强的聚合物化学/物理化学/化工工艺等专业知识背景
3. Very good problem solving skills
o 比较好的解决问题的能力
4. Very good communication skills in English
o 掌握基本的英语读写/沟通技能；
5. Very good interpersonal and team working skills are essential
o 比较好的个人沟通和团队合作能力
6. Highly motivated and proactive
o 较好的行为主动性
7. Good Computer skill: Ability to compile data in presentable format (Excel/Word)
o 掌握一定的计算机操作技能：可以熟练使用Excel/Word文件
8. To be energetic with a good attitude and work ethic
o 拥有良好的工作态度，对工作充满热情
