沛丰中国是法国沛丰协会在中国的代表处，致力于为小额信贷行业提供技术支持，从而促进扶贫事业发展。07年沛丰在甘肃通渭县实施了一个可再生能源项目，为村民安装沼气装置，帮助他们改善生活环境，促进生产。

此次招募的实习生是为了这一项目的影响调查，以说服投资方继续投资扩大项目范围。经过培训后，实习生会到通渭与项目中受益的村民进行访谈，收集数据资料并完成报告。

时间：7月后两周，暂定25日出发到通渭访谈一周。

个人觉得这个工作可以学到东西也很有意义，虽然由于机构是NGO，没有工资，但费用都可以报销，并且完成后有实习证明。此外，由于这个任务的负责人来自美国，还可以练练口语~~~请有兴趣的同学尽快发中英文简历到celiacare@。需要申请人对小额信贷领域有一定兴趣，具体要求见下：

Demand:
PlaNet Finance China (“PFC”) is looking for a group of six volunteer master’s degree students with whom to partner with on a long-term basis. Specific to this study, PFC will select two of the six volunteers to travel to Tongwei County in Gansu Province on a two week mission to interview the project’s current clients in order to determine their standard of living. Prior to the mission, the volunteers will be trained in Beijing by one of PlaNet Finance China’s microfinance experts on concepts such as how to approach rural clients, the interview process, and the current situation of the project in Gansu.
This volunteer opportunity will provide the student with invaluable microfinance training and field experience in a unique project in one of China’s poorest provinces. The volunteer will not only gain experience conducting interviews with rural clients, but also learn in detail and analyze the living conditions of microfinance clients in the target area. Moreover, the volunteer will have the opportunity to observe an extremely innovative microfinance and renewable energy project.
Provided that the mission is a success, PlaNet Finance China hopes to maintain a long term relationship with the students. After returning from the mission, the students will work with PFC experts in writing a qualitative and quantitative report about the results of the study. Going forward, PlaNet Finance China will support the students in their continued career development as microfinance professionals, inviting them to participate in training sessions, and sending them on periodic field missions.
At the end of the two-week mission, PlaNet Finance China will provide the volunteers with certificates saying that they completed the internship.

Fees:
The following fees will be covered by PlaNet Finance China for the duration of the mission (after providing documentary evidence):
- Roundtrip transportation fees from Beijing to Tongwei County
- Accommodation and food fees for the duration of the mission in Tongwei County
- Insurance fees (insurance plan chosen by PlaNet Finance China)

Conditions:
1. Must be an extremely motivated, independent and professional individual dedicated to poverty alleviation in China
2. Exhibit a strong commitment to a career in microfinance in China through past research or work experience
3. Currently pursuing master’s degree
4. Excellent writing and communication skills
5. Relevant field experience in microfinance or other poverty work a plus
6. Native of Gansu or Ningxia province a plus
7. Must be available for the last two weeks of July
8. Willing and able to travel to Gansu province and live there for two weeks
