Responsibilities:
Promote and grow C&D product businesses in global market by developing and implementing account and marketing strategies as well as executing sales plans for Customers;
Formulate and execute market penetration and growth strategies;
Develop and implement account strategies;
Use consultative selling skills to match HVAC solutions with C&D product/technical needs, and request for order as appropriate;
Integrate activities with the team to leverage full sales and service opportunities.

Requirements:
• For foreign citizenship only;
• Minimum Bachelors Degree;
• Possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and ability to liaise with colleagues & customers at all levels;
• Proven ability to manage and cultivate contacts at all levels in the Customers organization;
• Team work is essential;
• Willingness to learn new technologies and products;
• Fluency in spoken English.
