Job Title: Marketing IT Prod Projectuction Support Team Coordinator

Job description:
The marketing IT production support team is accountable for helping Cisco users all around the world for their issues when using marketing IT systems.
The main responsibilities of Cisco Marketing IT Production Support team are:
• Provide operation support for marketing IT applications for all regions.
• Provide high level analysis to all application teams. Work with various teams across IT and business for bug-fix, enhancements, UAT, release.
• Be the point of contact to business for all marketing IT cases. Provide constant communication to business on all cases until resolution.
The main responsibilities of the team coordinator are:
• Provide project coordination for team daily operation. Especially for the team tasks that require cooperation with different teams.
• Manage the communication with marketing business. Be the first contact point with APAC theatre marketing business for regular synch-up and escalation
• Prepare team reports and presentations to managements
• Response for team external interfaces like website, newsletter, Wiki, blog and etc
Requirements & Qualifications:
• 3+ years related experience in project management/coordination. Have IT applications support, system analysis/programming or database administration/development experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill in both Chinese and English
• Degree in computer science or business administration and related fields are preferred but not required.
• Candidate must be familiar with standard application development and support methodology. Can work independently and in a team manner to complete tasks using judgment and experience. Has the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Sounds skill in using BI tools like business object is preferred
