Responsibilities
Receive, screen and transfer the incoming calls, make sure the message are passed on accurately and on time
Responsible for visitor reception
Reserve hotel, air tickets as required
Receive and record incoming letters and distribute them timely
Be responsible for stationery management
Requirements
Student in college degree or university, major in English is preferred
About six months internship
Familiar with Word, Excel and other office software
Enthusiastic, patient, detail oriented and good communication skills
Good command of English, both speaking and writing
