QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelor or Master degree of top universities
2. Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
3. Strong leadership and communication skill
4. Business and management awareness
5. Initiative and positive personal personality
6. Experience from project and/or line management is preferred
7. Fluent in English speaking and excellent in English writing
8. Development potential
