工作职责：
1、Windows网域管理，Exchange电邮系统管理，硬件维护
2、配合开发人员配置系统；熟悉VPN原理及Linux服务器配置
3、协助销售员安装、展示公司产品，应答客户服务电话，远程解决客户技术问题，必要的现场支持工作、客户技术培训等、处理客户提出的问题。
4: 配合項目團隊實施項目, 包括安裝及調試系統及硬件。
职位要求：
1、计算机，计算机网络，电子专业专科或以上
2、忠诚，团队协作能力强，责任心强，工作认真仔细；
3、有 1 年以上Windows网域管理经验或优秀应届生；
4、具备一定的计算机网络知识，对网络设备（CICSO路由器、防火墙等）的配置、调试有一定工作经验；
5、具备一定的动手能力，能迅速确认、分析和解决问题；
6、善于与人交流、沟通，语言表达能力强
（标准普通话、懂广东话者優先，有基本英语读、写能力，熟悉计算机专业英语）；
7、良好的学习能力，理解并能说明用户的需求，了解潜在用户对公司解决方案的要求；
8、良好的表达能力，能够积极配合销售人员规划及讲解用户需要的解决方案
9、能经常出差
