System Test Engineer-系统测试工程师

Responsibilities:

-Ensure TD-SCDMA Operation & Maintenance system quality before delivering to customer

-System test procedure incl. caste execution, test result analysis, writing test report

-Cooperate with Product Development group to locate errors

-Support to deploy network in the field for operator

-On behalf of customers, provide requirements to development

-Setup and manage test equipment and test facility incl. test scripts, testing devices

-System test design incl. Load & Stress, Interference test, Stability Test, NWK KPI test

-Perform internal field testing in wireless environment



Requirements:

-Bachelor or above, major in telecommunication, computer software, electronic engineering and related

-Strong ability of trouble-shooting

-Be familiar with overall wireless communication system

-Good knowledge/experience in at least one of the following areas:

-Product development and/or testing at telecommunication field

-Be familiar with 3GPP standard especially UU interface, IuB interface, IU interface

-Be familiar with system test theory

-Be familiar with test equipment such as protocol analyzer, spectrum analyzer

OM

-familiar with Network Management System (OMC)

-experienced with UNIX system, Oracle DB



Besides,

-Operator’s OM working experience is a plus

-be familiar with transport network is a plus

-Experienced in field trial is a plus

-Load & Stress working experience is a plus
