QUALIFICATION:

- Current undergraduate or postgraduate student from a prestigious university.

- His/her major is expected to be Mechanic/Refrigeration/Business Administration/English/etc, combined major background preferred.

- Fluent English and Mandarin skill, National English Translator Certificate (Grade 2 or above) holder or Shanghai Interpreter Certificate holder (Middle Level or above)will be great plus. The ability of professional and reliable bilingual translation between Chinese and English is essential.

- Prior track record as Secretary or Administrative Assistant in a MNC or FDI will be a great plus.

- Professional attitude towards work and colleagues.

- Detail and deadline oriented.

- Nice personality.

- Strict guarding to sensitive or proprietary information.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- He/she shall be generally responsible for translation work within the company, including but are not limited to internal memo, policy, rules, technical documents, contracts, etc.

- The translation work shall be completed by formal and written manner. No informal or oral expression allowed.

- He/she shall undertake and involved into other tasks appointed by Management.

- He/she shall attend his/her position in the company at least 3 working days/week, and other 2 working days shall be accessible via e-mail or telephone, he/she shall reply to job assignment in a timely manner.

- This position will be compensated by reasonable allowance and bonus.

- Probably full-time offer depends on his/her performance.
