Introduction:
BTT is a Banking Front Office software product that extends the SOA foundation with a Banking multi-channel architecture, an application architecture and programming model, and a series of solution development tools. CSDL BTT team takes the overall product ownership, and we are looking for qualified candidates to meet ever growing responsibilities of product development. This is a developer position.

Programming skills:
- Strong programming skills in Java and J2EE.
- Familiar with software development and software development process
- Solid Knowledge or rich experiences in following fields is a strong plus:
Web Application Development -- Ajax, Javascript, Dojo, Mashup, Portlet
RCP Development -- eclipse plug-in, OSGi, SWT/JFace, GEF, EMF, Lotus Exepditor

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or relevant.
- Good interpersonal skill, willing to take responsibility.
- CET 6 And above, Fluent in English speaking, listening and writing.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, quick learner.
- Good team work. Highly self-motivated and disciplined.
- More than 2 years working experience for experienced hire
