Job responsibilites:
*Financial analysis/evaluation of the project, modelling
*Research/analysis of the market, assistance in carrying out the transaction (due diligence, etc.)
*Writing investment memorandum for the Investment Committee
*The person recruited is likely to work on a wide range of universal real estate transactions (asset/share transactions in Greater China)
*The person recruited is likely to travel – mainly across China and Asia
*Working in a small team environment, the person also has to share the duty of various administrative tasks for the team

Job Requirements:
*This position is in LVMH group not in Sephora
*University Degree in business related field
*Preferably 6months to 1 year experience in business environment (including internship)
*Prior work/intern experience in one of following: real estate investment company or developer / commercial bank in M&A / private equity
*Prior working/intern experience under English-speaking environment
*Good knowledge of Excel
*Fluent English and Mandarin with strong writing skills
