Group Introduction

 Worldwide leader in animal identification materials, the Company has
been active since beginning of the 80th, in France first and then all over t
he world through acquisitions and internal development.

 With 3 production sites in Europe, America and Asia, the Company wa
nt to strengthen its leadership and develop its activity in China, by relocat
ing and doubling the local production capacity

 The company is involved in injection molding and laser printing, us
ing state of the art technologies.

 The products are qualified by the local governments to mark the ani
mals, like pig, sheep, cow.

 The Beijing plant has to be relocated in the suburb of Beijing with
a substantial capacity increase, after a change in the structure of the Chin
ese company, going from a joint venture to a wholly foreign owned company.

Responsibilities

 The production manager will be in charge of the production workshop
of the Beijing plant.
After relocation he will have to manage up to 100 people, the plant working 7
days a week, 360 days per year.

 The plant is specialized in injection molding of plastic materials,
with a park of 15 injection machines and 12 printing lasers.

 The position will be under the leadership of the group Industrial D
irector, based in Europe. He will have to travel abroad, in Asia, Europe and
America from time to time.

Missions

 In charge of the plant relocation, he will have to organize and mana
ge the overall production, people and equipments.

 He will be responsible for the respect of the production planning a
nd   the quality of the finished products.

 He will ensure that the production costs objectives are followed.

 He must be able to solve quickly all unexpected situations in the p
lant (machine failures, workers unexpected leaves, urgent orders...)

 In charge of the workers training he will have to motivate and driv
e the production team.

Profile and competences

 A dynamic production engineer, specialized in injection molding of p
lastic materials, with 8 to 10 years experience in a workshop as production m
anager, the candidate has experience in automatic equipments.

 He must have a good knowledge of plastic materials as well as good c
ontacts with Chinese suppliers.
 In his late 30th, early 40th, he is Chinese national, speaking good
English to better communicate with the international team of the Company ( Fr
ench speaking will be a plus)
 He must have a good leadership and problem solving ability.
 The position is based in Beijing, with opportunities to travel in Ch
ina.
