Job Responsibilities
Lotus Domino is a world famous Middle-ware for Mail, Calendar, Collaboration and OA. IBM i(AS/400, iSeries) is one of the 4 IBM server series, and is famous for its security, stable and reliability.
Our team belongs to IBM CSTL(IBM, China System and Technology Lab), and is working with teams in IBM US for development/testing of Domino and extended product on IBM i(AS/400, iSeries) platform. There are lots of challenge as well as opportunities in the team.
We welcome fresh masters or experienced software engineers to join our team.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Technical skills:
1. M.S. degree of computer science and Technology or equivalent.
2. Strong programming & debugging skills, e.g. C/C++ Java and script language.
3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
4. Familiar with software engineering and software development/test process.
4. Familiar with Unix/Linux environment.
5. Experience on System i(AS/400) and Domino is a plus.

Soft skills:
1. Self-motivated
2. Quick learner and good flexibility
3. Good communication & team work skills
4. Good English communication in writing, listening and speaking
5. Having strong sense of ownership and high accountability
